Our Vision

At M-Powered Fitness we strive to help you achieve your goals.  We want to help you understand the importance of healthy living, with a fun approach to fitness.

M-Powered Fitness is aimed for people of all fitness levels and ages. We understand that it is NOT a one size fits all approach. We can customise any sessions to suit your individual needs.

A bit about Mitch

Mitch recently completed his Certificate III, IV in Personal Training, and his Master Trainer qualification. He is also qualified to provide First Aid.

Mitch has always been involved in a range of sporting codes. From the age of 5 to 23 Mitch dedicated his time to Rugby League. This was also proven when he undertook an opportunity to coach a junior Rugby League side for 4 years.

In between times he has played Rugby Union, AFL, Indoor Cricket, Indoor Soccer, Softball and Swimming.

Most recently, Mitch participants in mixed Touch Football, mixed Indoor Netball, mixed Oztag and has also participates in Personal Training for his own development.

Mitch has chosen this career move so that he can motivate and M-Power you to achieve your fitness goals.
